We pour our own foam, so density is ours to control and identical every order. It's why our sofas recover to full loft instead of arriving settled.

Design Studio on Site
Models are designed in the same building they're built in. Drawing to prototype in days, which makes OEM and custom work practical.

Frames Engineered for Compression
Compression breaks frames built for conventional sofas. Ours hold their geometry through compression, transit and recovery.

Cutting, Sewing and Upholstery In-House
Cut, sewn and fitted by our own teams, tensioned for compression. Seams stay taut, panels stay flat.

Compression and Container Loading as One Process
Compression, carton engineering and loading happen in one continuous operation. Carton sizes, CBM and units per container stay predictable.
