Necessary / Functional

We use limited browser storage that supports website functionality and privacy choices.

This may include:

• A sessionStorage value that remembers that the website introduction has already been shown during the current browser session.
• A necessary consent preference that remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional advertising technologies.

These technologies are not used by us to create advertising profiles.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance.

Our current Cloudflare Web Analytics implementation is cookieless and does not use a Maisen analytics cookie or localStorage identifier to track visitors across unrelated websites.

Meta Pixel — Advertising

We use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, in connection with our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Depending on our configuration, Meta Pixel may measure events such as:

• Page visits
• Product or collection page views
• Contact-page visits
• Contact-button interactions
• WhatsApp-link interactions
• Successful enquiry-form submissions
• Other selected advertising or conversion events

Meta Pixel may process browser, device, referrer, IP-derived, advertising, and website-event information.

Meta may use information received through Meta Pixel in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, Meta Pixel and other optional advertising technologies remain disabled until you choose to enable the Advertising category.

When the consent banner is shown, you can choose:

• Reject non-essential
• Accept all

Rejecting optional advertising technologies does not stop you from using the main website, viewing our products, contacting us, or submitting a business enquiry.

Necessary / Functional — always active

Used for website functionality, security, and remembering your privacy choice.

This category cannot be switched off through our Cookie Settings where the storage is necessary to provide the requested function or remember your privacy choice.

Advertising — optional

Used for Meta Pixel and any future advertising measurement technology that is not strictly necessary for operation of the website.

Advertising is off by default until consent is given where prior consent is required.

We may store a necessary first-party consent preference so that we can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional advertising technologies.

Our implementation should retain that preference for approximately 180 days, unless:

• You clear your browser data;
• You change your choice through Cookie Settings; or
• We need to request a new choice because our tracking practices materially change.

The consent-preference storage is used to remember your privacy choice and is not used for advertising.

You can change your advertising preference at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer.

If you withdraw advertising consent:

• Advertising tracking will be disabled for future page loads and events;
• The website will continue to function normally; and
• Where technically feasible, first-party advertising identifiers associated with our implementation will be removed.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully took place before withdrawal.

You may also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.

Our website includes a WhatsApp link and may include links to other third-party websites or platforms.

When you leave our website or interact directly with a third-party service, that service may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

We do not currently use:

• Google Analytics
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• TikTok Pixel

If this changes, we will update this Cookie & Storage Policy and the website’s consent controls before or when the new technology is introduced.

We may update this Policy if our advertising, analytics, consent system, embedded content, or other technologies change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
